Welcome to Manhattan88Mobil Limousine Service Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our professional chauffeur-driven luxury transportation services. By booking or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Our Services

We provide chauffeur-driven executive transportation services throughout New York City and surrounding areas. We do not offer self-drive vehicle rentals. Services are available only to individuals 18 years or older with legal capacity to enter binding agreements.

2. Reservations & Payments

  • All bookings must be made in advance via website, phone, or email.
  • Full payment is required at the time of reservation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept major credit cards and approved payment methods.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Additional Charges

  • Rates are based on distance, duration, or flat-rate agreements.
  • Tolls, parking, airport fees, gratuity, waiting time, and additional stops may incur extra charges.
  • All additional fees will be charged to the payment method on file.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Full refund for cancellations made more than 1 hour before pickup.
  • Cancellations within 1 hour of pickup are non-refundable.
  • No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

5. Airport Pickups & Waiting Time

  • Flight tracking is provided when accurate flight details are submitted.
  • 30 minutes complimentary waiting time for airport arrivals.
  • 15 minutes complimentary waiting time for non-airport pickups.
  • Additional waiting time is billed in 15-minute increments.

6. Passenger Conduct & Safety

Smoking, vaping, illegal substances, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited. Seat belts must be worn at all times. Drivers may refuse or terminate service without refund if a passenger engages in unsafe, abusive, disruptive, or unlawful behavior.

7. Vehicle Damage & Cleaning

Clients are financially responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or repair costs caused by passengers. Charges may be applied to the payment method on file without prior notice.

8. Personal Belongings

Passengers are responsible for their personal items. We are not liable for belongings left in the vehicle. Lost items found will be returned when possible, and delivery fees may apply.

9. Vehicle Substitution

If operational circumstances require, we reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value at no additional charge.

10. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, airport disruptions, mechanical issues beyond reasonable control, government restrictions, natural disasters, civil unrest, or other events beyond our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to missed flights, business losses, or personal inconvenience.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Manhattan88Mobil Limousine Service Inc., its employees, affiliates, and drivers from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Updates

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in New York County, NY. We may update these Terms periodically, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
