Waiting time starts at the pickup time confirmed by the passenger with our dispatcher. It does not start automatically when your plane lands. Airport pickups include 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights. After that, waiting time is $1.50 per minute.
