Welcome to Manhattan88Mobil Limousine Service. By booking our chauffeur services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Services

We provide only professional, chauffeur-driven luxury transportation. No self-drive rentals are offered.

2. Reservations & Payment

• A booking fee may be required to secure your reservation.
• The remaining balance is payable before or upon service.
• We accept major credit cards and approved payment methods.

3. Pricing & Additional Charges

• Rates depend on distance, duration, or flat-rate agreements.
• Tolls, parking, airport fees, and waiting time may apply where applicable.
• All additional charges will be communicated transparently.

4. Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 1 hour before pickup are eligible for a refund or credit.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges.

5. Airport & Waiting Time

• 30 minutes free waiting time for airport pickups.
• 15 minutes of free waiting time for standard pickups.
• Extra waiting time may be charged accordingly.

6. Passenger Conduct

For safety and comfort, respectful behavior is required. Service may be paused for safety reasons if necessary.

7. Vehicle Substitution

We may provide a similar or upgraded vehicle if required due to availability.

8. Personal Belongings

Passengers are responsible for their belongings. We are not liable for items left in vehicles.

9. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or events beyond our control.

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the booked service.
